Jakarta, June 21, 2016 - Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) approved the appointment of Armand Wahyudi Hartono as Deputy President Director of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), effective from June 21, 2016.
The approval was given after a fit and proper test conducted by OJK.
As previously informed in the outcome of Annual General Meeting on April 7, 2016, several appointment decisions were made of members of board of commissioners and directors, including the appointment of Armand Wahyudi Hartono, previously a BCA Director, as the new BCA Deputy Director.
The appointment will be effective if and since the date OJK gives the approval for the appointment.
